01 - Place vanilla ice cream, milk, peppermint extract, vanilla extract, and green food coloring in blender.
02 - Blend on high speed until completely smooth and creamy. Add additional milk if thinner consistency preferred.
03 - Taste shake and modify peppermint extract or food coloring to achieve desired flavor intensity and color.
04 - Divide evenly between two tall glasses. Top with whipped cream, maraschino cherry, and green sprinkles. Serve immediately while cold.
