# Tips from hearthlykitchen:

01 -
  • You get all the comfort of pizza without the heavy carb crash that derails your morning
  • The protein keeps you full until lunch, eliminating mid-morning snack attacks
02 -
  • Make sure your skillet is oven-safe before you start, otherwise you will need to transfer everything to a baking dish
  • Do not overcook the eggs in the skillet, because they will continue cooking slightly under the broiler
03 -
  • Use a cast iron skillet if you have one, because it retains heat beautifully and creates those crispy edges everyone fights over
  • Freshly grated mozzarella melts better than pre-shredded cheese, which often contains anti-caking agents
