02 - Add the hot water to the sifted matcha and whisk briskly with a bamboo whisk or small regular whisk until completely smooth and frothy.
03 - Stir the honey into the matcha mixture until fully dissolved and incorporated.
04 - Heat the oat milk in a small saucepan over medium heat or steam using a milk frother until hot but not boiling.
05 - Froth the warmed oat milk if desired to create extra creaminess and texture.
06 - Pour the warm oat milk over the matcha mixture and gently stir to combine. Optionally sprinkle a pinch of matcha powder on top for garnish.
